KANOONI SAHAYATA KENDRA is a Public Charitable Trust registered under Indian Trusts Act, 1882 bearing registration number (Application No. 260500581338. & Deed No. 32) established with the sole aim of delivering Socially and Pragmatically focused legal solution covering legal field of different legal and judicial institutions like Courts at District level, Hon’ble High Courts and Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, New Delhi as well as various types of legal identities ie Tribunals / Boards and Forums (depending on availability of our empanelled advocates).
This institution has been designed to cater to the various legal needs of the society especially for the poor and resourceless people (who can’t afford it on their own) keeping in view that legal services are required more by the society in comparison to other services.
Most of the people in the society face various problems due to non availability of legal services at the appropriate time.
This institution has been designed to provide legal services at all India level.
